Claudine is the owner and executive chef. She holds degrees in culinary arts, accounting, and business management. Her over 25 years of experience helps create specialty one of a kind items for your event.
Greg is the kitchen manager and delivery coordinator. He has 15 years experience with deliveries, event setup and customer service. His care and attention to detail helps makes sure everything is delivered on time and executed to clients exact specifications.

Zoey is our sous chef and assistant to the executive chef. She is responsible for a large portion of our hand prepared food items, event management, and staff support. She bring a positive, go-getter attitude that makes her a perfect fit for all aspects of the business.

Autumn is our adult daughter, and one of the main reasons we do what we do. She is a sweet individual who struggles with chronic health issues everyday, and still always has a smile. She is a big part of our business, as a self-employed event coordinator.

our youngest daughter, Ciera, has worked as one of our kitchen assistants and event servers, since she was 12 years old. Her bubbly personality and love for all things wedding, provides a fun and welcomed addition to the team.
we are lucky parents, to have adult children who share in our passion.
